A route from the beer village of Hoegaarden to the “Sugar City” of Tienen, through the countryside of Rosdel, the villages of Hoksem and Hakendover, and the apple and pear orchards. In Hoegaarden, you’ll of course get to taste a genuine Hoegaarden wheat beer. Don’t forget to look up at the Grote Markt in Tienen to see the imposing tower of the Gothic Church of Our Lady at Poelkerk. Discover the Roman past at the Hypocaustum and the three tumuli.
Please note: between KP 17 and KP 14, the route is interrupted at Hoksem. Please follow the detour.
