This extra-long version of the Eddy Merckx Cycling Route takes you to every corner of the Hageland. Cycle along the same roads where the young Eddy had his first cycling experiences. Through the heart of the fruit-growing region and across the Brabant loess plateaus. Past stately square-shaped farmhouses and along the winding Gete River. No super-steep climbs, but it’s always up and down. This ride really takes it out of you. A route worthy of “The Cannibal” himself.
