The hike starts at De Schranshoeve and heads toward the beautiful Dorent-Nelebroek nature reserve in the Zenne Valley. At the heart of the reserve, you’ll find isolated Zenne meanders where you can spot the crested newt and see the greater burnet in bloom. Walk through a patchwork of marshy meadows. You’ll also pass the historic Impel Castle, which has stood there since the 12th century.
