This walk takes you back in time, along country roads and past the most beautiful little chapels. Admire the Art Deco-style St. Servatius Chapel, the Hoge Beekkant Chapel, the austere neoclassical Veldkant Chapel, the Polder Chapel, and the oldest Wezenhaag Chapel. The MOT—formerly the Museum of Old Techniques—is housed in the stables of the Prinsenkasteel, the Tommenmolen, and the Liermolen. After your walk, head to the city center to explore the Norbertine Abbey, the St. Servatius Basilica—where the 49 bells of the carillon ring out every Sunday and on holidays—and the MIRA public observatory.
