You’ll start just a stone’s throw from the Herman Teirlinck House, the historic home where the writer spent the last 30 years of his life. Sample the local lambic tradition at Restaurant 3 Fonteinen (which also houses the Parrain geuze brewery) or at the Bierhuis of the Oud-Beersel brewery. Herman Teirlinck himself was a geuze fan.
