For years Aarschot had to do without its typical beer 'den Bruine'. Today you can discover it again at Aarschotse Stadsbrouwerij. Together with inhabitants and local brewers, the original taste was rediscovered. In part of the barn of cultural center Het Gasthuis you can follow the brewing process up close. Afterwards you can taste 'den Bruine' as it should be, in 't Bruine Café.
