A beautiful abbey site on the outskirts of Leuven, an oasis of peace and contemplation. Its history dates back to the year 1129, when Duke Godfrey with the Beard donated his hunting park to the Premonstratensians. In the restored buildings you will discover an intact interior with 17th-century stucco work by Jan Christiaen Hansche, a rich art collection and library, and the Peace Carillon. Museum PARCUM immerses you in the philosophy and rich history of the abbey.
