Since 2019, beer has been brewed again on the Abbey site. In the guest quarters of Park Abbey, an Abbey brewery has been installed on the ground floor, exactly where it stood hundreds of years ago. There, the fathers set to work with centuries-old recipes to brew some artisanal beers. In keeping with tradition, they get their ingredients from the immediate surroundings of the abbey.
