At Hoevebrouwerij Hof ten Dormaal everything revolves around home-brewed beer. Since 2009, father André and sons Dries and Jef Janssens have been brewing beers here with 100% of their own ingredients. They grow their own grain and hops, they malt themselves and brew and bottle on site. Residual products return to the livestock on the farm. This is how Hof ten Dormaal closes the circle, from field to glass.
