In the heart of Pajottenland, in the former town hall of Vollezele, take a front row seat to an exceptional regional story at the Museum of the Belgian Draft Horse. Here you will discover how legendary stallions such as Orange I and Brillant brought world fame to the Belgian draft horse and why Vollezele is considered the cradle of this powerful horse breed. The museum is small and warm, with a revamped interactive layout and audio guides via QR codes in four languages. After your visit, follow the Brillant Walk, a 3.5 km route along historic sites and pastures with draft horses.

Every first Sunday from March to October, there is a guided tour with free guide at 3 pm.
For groups (min. 10, max. 25 people) guided tours possible every day upon reservation.
