Ringing bells, wooden benches and gleaming steel. In the former neighborhood tramway site from 1888, on the old streetcar line between Brussels and Ninove, you will discover an exceptional collection of historic streetcar carriages. The highlight is the royal carriage of Leopold II, but there are also steam streetcars, the oldest electric streetcar in the country and a diesel streetcar from 1935. The depot fell into disuse in the middle of last century and has been a museum since 1962. The streetcar site, along with the entire collection, is protected as a monument.
