Wine grower Koen Podevijn - that immediately explains the name - closely watches over his Pot de Vin vineyard in Vossem. He does so with the help of grubbers at the entrance to the domain. Grapevines and roses are susceptible to the same diseases. So when the roses wilt, Koen must intervene to save the grape harvest. This approach comes from his background as the son of rose growers. Wine and art go together here: every year a local artist designs the label. Tasting is by appointment only, at the estate itself.
