Spending the night in a vineyard with your camper? This is possible at Wijngaard Danouise, the wine domain of Daniël Vandervaeren at Houwaartseberg. Daniël planted his first fifty vines there in 1994, today his vineyard counts 1200. The winemaker is always ready for a tour or a tasting in the vineyard. Even an outdoor lunch among the 1200 vines is possible. And twice a year, in June and September, he invites everyone during the Open Vineyard. Wheelchair users are also welcome, few wine estates are so accessible.
