An online order assumes acceptance by the user of the general terms and conditions as applicable at that time.
1. Right of refusal
Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw always reserves the right to refuse an order. The mere expression of will by a user to acquire a product is therefore not sufficient for the conclusion of an agreement.
2. Identification of the user
An online order will only be accepted by Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw if the user has identified himself sufficiently clearly. The prices of articles indicated on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw strives to use the same prices on the website as those applicable at its information desk(s).
3. Pricing of products
The prices at which Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw offers articles can change at any time. For an order via the website, the price applicable at the time of the order will always apply.
4. Shipping costs
Articles are shipped at the user's expense to the address indicated by the user in Belgium or abroad. The shipping costs to be paid by the user are clearly indicated before the user definitively places the order. Below is an overview of the shipping costs including VAT.
- 0-100gr = 3,82€.
- 100-350gr = 5,74€.
- 350gr -2 kg = 8,59€.
During the end-of-year period (27/11/26 and 25/12/26) the above rates apply + €1.21 incl. VAT.
5. Late delivery
If - due to circumstances beyond our control - items cannot ultimately be delivered by Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw within 30 calendar days of the order at the latest, Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw will notify the user by e-mail at the e-mail address provided by the user. In this case, the user can choose to cancel the order.
Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw will then refund the amount already paid by the user for this item. In this way, the sales agreement is automatically terminated as far as these articles are concerned. Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw cannot be held liable for damage caused by a non (timely) delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
Starting the day after the delivery, the user has the right to withdraw from his purchase for a period of 14 calendar days. The user can exercise this right by returning the goods, accompanied by the invoice, to Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw, Provincieplein 1, 3010 Leuven. Provided that the items are still in perfect condition, Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw will refund the items within 30 calendar days after receipt of the return. With regard to items provided with safety packaging (multimedia items, gift vouchers, ...), a return will only be accepted by Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw if this packaging is unopened.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to magazines and products offered free of charge.
7. Problems or complaints
The user is obliged to report any problems relating to his order or delivery to Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw within a reasonable period of time. In any case, complaints will only be accepted by Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw if they are reported within 7 calendar days of the user becoming aware of the complaint.
Only written complaints addressed to the sales department will be accepted by Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw (e-mail or registered letter): toerisme@vlaamsbrabant.be or Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw, Provincieplein 1, 3010 Leuven. In the event of complaints about orders or deliveries, the liability of Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant will always be limited to the value of the items in question.
8. Evidence
The user and Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw accept electronic means of proof as part of their agreement. Thus, e-mails originating from the computerized registers of Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw will be accepted by the parties as evidence.
9. Discounts
Discounts and discount codes are always valid on a temporary basis. The validity is 6 months after receipt of the discount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
