That is the region southwest of Brussels where lambic has been brewed and distilled for centuries.

Here, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts from the open air ensures the unique character of lambic, while samplers blend young and old lambic into complex geuze. An interplay of nature, craftsmanship and tradition, from cooling vessel to glass.
